PROMOTING OTHER RESOURCES AND PROFESSIONALS WITHIN THE COMMUNITY

Hi there. My name is Autum Stryker. I am 15 years old and it is a passion of mine to help others. I am looking to help this location support their clients in any way possible! I have great resources for your clients to share with you. I recently created a coloring book called triumphing trauma, and in this book there is empowering affirmations and images to color for those who have gone through trauma. Trauma is a unique experience for everyone one, and this is a unique book for clients' circumstances. The affirmations inside of the book can also be used for other types of mental illness as well, since affirmations inside the book can empower any person who uses the book. This book will help them during their healing journey by being empowered by the messages. I believe it would be a great resource for them, and something the facility should consider! I have another coloring book that is geared more towards kids, even though my trauma coloring book is beneficial for kids as well. This is a great book if your facility works with kids. This coloring book is called affirmations for kids. Inside of the book, there are simplified affirmations that kids will be able to understand and apply to their daily lives. Kids are our future, so we should help them build positive foundations and empowered brains. The affirmations in this book will help them with exactly that! I am not stopping here, I have more coloring books being created. The other coloring book they would be beneficial for your clients is an eating disorder/food neutral/body positive coloring book. Inside of this book there are coping skills worksheets, affirmations for food neutrality, body neutrality, self care, and more. I have more coloring books to come like a coloring books for parents to understand relationships with kids, and workbooks for those with mental health for different conditions.
