Step 4. Place your body in a seated position *cross your legs like a pretzel *straighten your spine and lengthen your neck *place your hands on the inside part of your knee *place you palms up to receive energy or *palms down for ground and sealing your energy
Step 5. Gently close your eyes
Step 6. Set an intention for you meditation (click on the blue word "intention" for examples)
Step 7. Begin your 4 deep breathes from your diaphragm and fill your lungs with a slow, even breath and then exhale the same way all while imagining the intention you have set.
Step 8: Bring your breathes back a comfortable place, while keeping it full, slow and steady.
Step 9. Allow your thoughts to pass though your mind. Visual each single thought, allow it to enter one side of your mind, let it flow through, and then exit the other side (your goal is to quiet the thoughts and focus on the peaceful image you have set for your mediation).
Step 10. Once you hear your notification that your time has come to close you meditation gently open your eyes and enjoy your time until you return for your next meditation
