Initial evaluation: $200
Follow-up sessions: $150
Payment is due at the time of service

Coverage and copay amounts vary by plan. It is always best to confirm your benefits with your insurance provider before beginning treatment. Co-pays, coinsurance, and any applicable yearly deductibles are due at the time of service.
Missed Appointments
Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduled sessions. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice, or missed without notice, may be subject to the full session fee.
